Massimo Plaza Hotel Palermo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and found many great things about it. the location is absolutely fantastic! It is in the heart of the historic area, making it easy to walk to many of the popular tourist attractions in the area. One notable attraction is just across the street, which is a lovely venue. Secondly, the staff here are wonderful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided me with useful recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area. Lastly, the service here is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the room service, which was prompt and efficient.

If you're travelling with your family, this venue is definitely recommended. As for the negative points, I was unable to find many.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right across from a beautiful opera house in the heart of the Old City. It was so convenient to explore Palermo's top attractions, which were all within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and they even brought it to my room. a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to all the main sights. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and had a great view of The Opera House. The double glazing was effective in blocking out noise. The restaurant recommendations were very good with a variety of options.

The small common area off the lobby is charming and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering a view of the lively street below. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and at home.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was great. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and had a nice variety of options. The double glazing on the windows helped minimize the street noise. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Palermo.

I had a fantastic stay at Massimo Plaza. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant Palermo. My room was well-appointed and had a great view of the famous Teatro Massimo. The staff at the hotel were very good too make my stay comfortable. They even upgraded my room after a small mishap with my reservation. The breakfast was a lovely touch, personalized and delivered right to my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, beautiful rooms, and really good service.

Right in the centre of things, in good walking distance of the main sites, including the lovely opera house directly across the street. The hotel's location also provides easy access to the more upscale shopping district. The breakfast provided by the hotel was great and the staff were attentive.
